Ewurama has over 15 years of experience evaluating programs and service delivery for mission–driven human service and health care organizations. She has extensive experience in quality improvement in mental health, focusing on outcomes, efficiency, timeliness, and equitable services, especially for vulnerable populations. Ewurama has held several such evaluator roles in California, Maryland, and Massachusetts. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Outside of Sharp Insight, Ewurama provides proposal writing support to Baltimore-area non-profit organizations; she brings to bear her skills in research, persuasive writing, and data-driven decision-making. Ewurama holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Ewurama is a member of the American Evaluation Association, Baltimore Area Evaluators, and Washington Evaluators.

Outside “the office”

Ewurama enjoys trail hiking and time with her nephews. She is helping to establish a non-profit organization that provides vacation/camping experiences for orphaned children in Ghana. Ewurama has recently discovered Instagram (IG) and aspires to ‘do the most’ through IG decorating and styling hacks.
