As the Director of Operations, Anika brings proficiency in comprehensive project management, systems optimization, and event design and production across various roles within the nonprofit, fundraising, and education sectors. Her role involves close collaboration with Jana Sharp and the team, where she oversees a broad spectrum of business operations. This includes the strategic management of human resources, systems, and ensuring compliance with industry and government regulations. She supports the development and implementation of organization-wide strategic initiatives, advances business development, ensures continuity, and above all supports our clients and staff. Anika holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Virginia Tech. She is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and is a certified Protocol Officer though the Protocol School of Washington.

Outside “the office”

Always endeavoring to support small businesses, Anika enjoys shopping and eating locally. In addition to retail therapy, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks, traveling as often as possible, and experimenting with new recipes.
