Claudia brings to the evaluation space her expertise in case management, social services, youth development, and mental health in school and health clinic settings. As a bilingual speaker, she provides Spanish language focus group facilitation, interview facilitation, and tool translation.  Claudia also has experience facilitating trauma-focused treatment groups and social emotional learning youth development groups to young girls. Throughout her career, she has provided training to other staff within social services/case management support, recruiting and youth program development facilitation. Prior to joining Sharp Insight, Claudia worked as a Program Manager overseeing program facilitators on youth development groups for middle and high school in Maryland, developing partnerships, and providing reporting to funders. Claudia holds a Master of Social Work from University of Maryland, School of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Trinity Washington University.

Outside “the office”

Claudia loves spending quality time with her husband and two small children. She is involved with her church community and enjoys a good faith-based book when possible. In between everything, she loves drinking lattes and watching Netflix late at night.
