Rescuing Response Rates

You worked so hard to develop that webinar, right?  In record time, you changed an in-person training to an online experience.  You even got your participants to engage in real time!  When the webinar ended, you were so excited to read your survey responses.  After all, your in-person trainings always get rave reviews!  But when you went online to check them out… there were none (gasp)!  Sound familiar?  If so, you’re not alone!
